TISDAG 11 april - TUESDAY April 11th


Grusupptagning och sopning på alla parkeringar. Alla bilar som står utomhus måste bort denna dagen.
Gäller SAMTLIGA förhyrda parkeringar. Dvs Gröna Annas gata (GAG) 1, GAG 3-11 samt på Kvillegatans parkeringsplats på andra sidan ån. Vid dåligt väder är 12 april reservdatum. Gäller ej garaget.


Sweeping of the street, parking lots and courtyard. All cars outdoors must be removed on this day.
 Applies to ALL rented parking lots including Gröna Annas gata (GAG) 1, GAG 3-11 and on the Kvillegatan parking lot on the other side of the stream. If weather conditions doesn't allow for sweeping, April 12th is the backup date. Garage is excluded from this sweeping.


MÅNDAG 1 maj - MONDAY May 1st

Alla boende måste ta bort sina cyklar senast denna dagen från garaget och cykelrummet inför städning och installation av cykelställ. Cykelförbud råder i garaget och cykelrummet från 2 maj till 13 maj. Kvarstående cyklar kommer att bortforslas.

All residents must remove their bikes from the garage and bike room for cleaning and installation of new bike racks. It is forbidden to park bicycles from May 2 to May 13 in the garage and adjacent bike room. Any remaining bikes will be discarded.

VECKA 18 - WEEK 18

Någon dag mellan den 2 maj och 5 maj kommer garagestädning genomföras. Alla bilar och MC skall flyttas under denna dagen. Vi kommer särskilt informera fordonsägare genom lappar i garaget och genom mejl när datumet är satt.

Some day between May 2 and May 5, a cleaning of the garage will take place. All cars and motorbikes must be moved during this day. We will especially inform vehicle owners through notes in the garage and by email when the date is set.

FASADRENGÖRING - FACADE CLEANING

Som vi tidigare informerat kommer en fasadrengöring ske. Vi har valt att testa ny teknik med drönare och ett särskilt medel som sprayas på och verkar nedbrytande över tid, varför en direkt skillnad inte kommer att märkas. Vi har genomfört tester och kommer inom kort titta på resultaten och se om det fungerar. Mer information kommer framöver.

As we previously informed, a facade cleaning will take place. We have chosen to test new technology with drones and a special agent that is sprayed on that acts cleansing over time, which is why a direct difference will not be noticed. We have carried out tests and will shortly look at the results and see if it works. More information to come.

ÅRSSTÄMMA 31 MAJ - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING MAY 31st

Årets stämma hålls den 31 maj på innergården. Kallelse och handlingar skickas ut separat i början på maj.

This year's annual general meeting will be held on May 31 in the courtyard. Invitation and documents are sent out separately at the beginning of May.
